Lactose and gluten intolerance
My name is Tadeja and I’m 52 years old. I have been using the EM probiotic for four months already, ever since a shop assistant at a health food store recommended it to me. Because I have both lactose and gluten intolerance, I occasionally felt abdominal pain. After using the EM probiotic the pain passed, but of course I had to pay attention to my diet.
In the beginning I took 0.1 dl of EM probiotic twice a day, but now I take it only once in the morning. I adjust the amount to the food consumed: when I eat a lot of vegetables, I take less. A small amount of EM probiotic (0.1 dl) also helps me quickly when I eat some type of food that causes discomfort.
Due to my positive experience I have recommended this probiotic to quite a few people and they all reported positive feedback. One of my friends who had severe stomach problems and had previously tried quite a few different probiotics was particularly happy. We both believe that EM probiotic is even better because of the herbs it contains.
I read that probiotics in powder or in capsule form should also be effective, but do not know the difference. To sum up, I have to say that the EM probiotic is undoubtedly beneficial and I will continue taking it.
